TCT Registration Process for the 2026/2027 school year
We are currently registering students for the school year starting in August 2026.
Registration is open to all families.
Please take a moment to look at the class schedule.
Choose the class/classes you would like your child/children in and contact the tutor to see if there is room in their class for your student.
The tutor will respond and send their “Tutor Payment Worksheet” if room is available.
Once you have received confirmation for the classes you want to attend from each tutor, you can move to the next step.
Follow the steps below to complete the registration process.
TCT’s Registration Process for 2026/2027.
You need to complete each step below before moving on to the next step.
STEP 6. Using the link below, fill out and submit the 26/27 TCT Statements and Policies form online.
STEP 7. Fill out “The Cordova Tutorial Registration Form” (link below). Send the completed form by email to jillknightattct@gmail.com.
STEP 8. Using the amount you calculated on “The Cordova Tutorial Registration Form,” pay
by check made out to MEGAN POWELL, 1926 Thorncroft Dr., Germantown, TN 38138 OR
by Venmo @Megan-Powell-73 (use the friends option only, please). Please indicate which family the payment is for.
The Early Registration price is $70 for the first student, $65 for the second, and $60 for the third, with a family max of $195.
STEP 9 - “Tutor Payment Worksheets” will be emailed to you from each class tutor. Please complete each worksheet and return it to that tutor along with your supply fee and class fee payments. They will include the information needed to complete enrollment in their class. If you have not heard from a tutor after 24 hours, please email them again in case the email went awry. If, after emailing the tutor a second time, you have not heard within 24 hours, email the TCT communications Czar at tctcares4you@gmail.com)
