TCT Registration Process - You need to complete each step before moving on to the next step
Choose the classes you are interested in by looking at the class schedule.
Email the tutor(s) of that class(es) to see if they have availability.
Once you have received a response and know what classes your student(s) will be taking, fill out and submit the 26/27 TCT Statements and Policies form.
Fill out “The Cordova Tutorial Registration Form” and email it to jillknightattct@gmail.com.
Send your registration payment* (the amount you calculated on “The Cordova Tutorial Registration Form”) to Megan Powell. You may pay by check (mail to 1926 Thorncroft Dr., Germantown, TN 38138) or pay by Venmo to @Megan-Powell-73 (please use the friends option and include your family’s name in the notes).
You should receive an email from jillknightattct@gmail.com once you have completed the steps above and everything has been received.
You will receive “Tutor Payment Worksheets” from each of the tutors you are taking classes with. Fill out their form and return it, along with your payment, to each individual tutor.
If you do not hear from your tutor, email them again. If you still do not hear from them within 24 hours, please email tctcares4you@gmail.com.
* The Regular Registration price is $85 for the first student, $80 for the second, and $75 for the third, with a family max of $240. Late Registration pricing begins July 1.
