Dress Code Policy

Shirts with logos, including those representing colleges and sports teams, are allowed. This also extends to jackets, buttons, jewelry, banners, and backpacks. The policy regarding graphics has not changed. Graphics are defined as images or illustrations of TV shows, cartoons, movies, characters, people, etc., or any type of wording or slogans. These are not permitted on any clothing or accessories.

Girls will be expected to wear blue jeans, slacks, pants, capris, or shorts/skirts/dresses. (No short shorts; cut-off shorts, short skirts, tank tops, midriff or low-cut tops; no skin should be showing between shirts and pants, etc.). Shorts must be fingertip length. Athletic stretch pants, yoga pants, or workout pants MUST BE COVERED by shorts, or a shirt or skirt reaching the students’ fingertips.

Boys will be expected to wear pants or shorts that reach to the fingertips. No torn jeans or low-riding pants [that show their underwear]

Neatness and modesty should govern all forms of dress.
