This exciting 30-hour-and-a-half class is a beginner's guide to shooting and editing, learning new production techniques, and hands-on work to improve video and storytelling skills. Group and solo projects include dramas, comedy shorts, TV commercials, music videos, and simple documentaries.

Equipment needed:

• Reliable Android/Apple smartphone with a working camera and storage, Tablet OK

Homework will be assigned weekly to review lessons from class. Semester projects include comedy and action shorts, as well as a feature presentation/showcase at semester's end. Some solo and group projects will be done in class.
