When you leave your room for another tutor –

✓ Wipe down the dry-erase board. Microfiber cleaning cloths will be provided.

✓ Wipe down ALL tables using the provided cleaning spray.

✓ Vacuum the ENTIRE room.

✓ Empty trash and replace liner if needed.

Note: LEAVE supplies in room.

If you are the last tutor for the day on Tuesday and Wednesday –

✓ Wipe down dry-erase board. Microfiber cleaning cloths will be provided.

✓ Wipe down ALL tables using provided cleaning spray.

✓ Vacuum the ENTIRE room.

✓ Empty trash and replace liner!

Note: LEAVE supplies in room.

If you are the last tutor for the day on THURSDAY –

✓ Wipe down dry-erase board. Microfiber cleaning cloths will be provided.

✓ Wipe down ALL tables using provided cleaning spray.

✓ Vacuum the ENTIRE room.

✓ Empty trash and replace liner!

✓ Return all supplies to the labeled shelf in the girls’ bathroom. There will be a container on the floor for dirty microfiber cleaning cloths.

✓ Set up room for ESL. A picture will be provided.

Notes:

All microfiber cleaning cloths will be washed weekly. If you need a clean one during the week, leave the dirty one on the floor in the girls’ bathroom. Clean ones will be provided on the shelf.

Let me know if you have any problems with the vacuums, so I can keep them working properly. Please text my phone with a picture of the offending vacuum.

If the room is not clean when you arrive for class, please text me.
