Amy Potter Smith brings nearly two decades of teaching experience at The Cordova Tutorial to her homeschool art classes. She believes creativity is a gift from God that nourishes the whole child, and she designs lessons that blend practical technique with imaginative exploration to build artistic skill, problem-solving, and self-expression. Her classes are welcoming, hands-on, and developmentally appropriate, helping students of all ages grow in confidence and discover the joy of making art.
Outside the studio, Amy and her husband cherish family time with their married children and grandchildren, enjoy community involvement, and travel when possible. For Amy, life is an adventure—and art adds the flavor.
