Empowering Entrepreneurs

The Notable Learning Entrepreneurship course takes a cross-curricular, project-based approach to instilling the fundamentals of work ethic, financial stewardship, people skills, and business basics. Throughout the course, students will design and launch a real small business**, applying the lessons directly to the business with real world successes and failures. Students will gain practical knowledge and hands-on experience in product design, pricing, marketing and sales, financial reporting, and community stewardship—building lasting skills through active implementation rather than theory alone.

This curriculum is designed to teach the fundamentals of entrepreneurship by guiding students through the process of creating and running a small business over the course of a semester. Not only will students learn the basics of starting a small business, students will also learn what the Bible says about financial stewardship, business ethics, and the Christian view of work.

Entrepreneurship isn’t only about starting companies—it’s a mindset that applies to any goal or challenge. Through this course, students will learn how to break down complex ideas into manageable steps, gain confidence through steady progress, and see firsthand how persistence leads to achievement. Because entrepreneurship is such a wide field, this course focuses on the core principles students need to know. Students will build a practical understanding by launching their own small business, with the curriculum organized into chapters that mirror the essential steps of formulating, starting, and managing a successful venture. All chapters feature spiritual application videos, Scripture, and reflection questions.
